Philodendron Xanadu - Stem-forming, small-leaved Philodendron species. This plant is an indoor air purifier! The philodendron filters numerous pollutants from the air.

Originally from Central America, developed as a mutation of the Philodendron Selloum, compact growing, stem-forming rather than climbing.

From our own plant collection; five plants - stems in pots, grown as a tropical bonsai landscape with stones-wood-moss; between May - October always grown outdoors in a bright (but not directly sunny) location (under the tree) (it is not a greenhouse culture!) without massive use of fertiliser (100% organic quality before quantity!), therefore healthy & robust; potted in a well-drained, self-mixed organic substrate in a clay pot; repotting only desired in 4-5 years; beautifully cut leaves will then appear over time, the already beautifully developed stems will become even bigger/higher; the plant is more suited to a semi-shady location (but still bright) / no direct sun; spraying the leaves once a month - or with rainwater - is very good for the plant.
