Key Product Features
- This blend has been triple-washed to ensure a minimal salt content, promoting a healthier growing environment for your plants.
- Retains more than its weight in water while maintaining excellent drainage properties, for the benefit of your plants.
- Ingredients in Coco Loco like bat guano, are known to be a beneficial soil amendment. Earthworm castings, also added to this mix, creates a rich mix of regenerative material that your plants thrive on.
- This blend includes 50-60% coconut coir, aged forest products, perlite and fertilizer. Derived from earthworm castings, fossilized bat guano, kelp meal, oyster shell and dolomite lime.
FoxFarm Bush Doctor Coco-Loco Potting Mix is a triple washed for low salt content and holds properties that will not require water as often as your usual potting mix. Whether you’re growing in hanging baskets, vertical gardens, containers, or seedling trays, you’re guaranteed to extend your watering schedule with the help of this potting mix. In most climates, every two to three days will be enough. Always adjust your watering schedule as needed. Coconut coir is produced from coconut husks as a natural by-product of coconut harvestings, making it one of nature’s most abundant renewable resources. The coir in Coco Loco behaves like little sponges making water available as needed by the plants. Lower humidity reduces the chances of attracting mold and root rot and prevents insects from bothering your potted plants. It resists compaction, easily rewets, and absorbs evenly for superior aeration and maximum drainage at the root zone. Plants don’t lie; our Coco Loco is the best potting medium you will ever use.
