Stay ahead of the curve with the ECE 22.06-certified Merlin Revival full-face helmet, available in a range of striking graphics including the new Carbon Matt shell. Blending sports heritage style with modern protection, the Revival Carbon Matt is crafted from 3K Carbon Fibre sheets that are hand laid before being heat pressed with military grade resin, a premium construction that provides durability and impact flexibility. As with the fibreglass version of the helmet, its has an intermediate oval shape for a comfortable, secure fit.
For a secure fit, the Revival fastens with a traditional double D-ring buckle, integrated into a premium leather and Amara liner that can be removed for washing. The UV-resistant visor features Pinlock® pins, and an OptiClear® anti-fog insert is included for all-weather clarity. Designed with rider comfort in mind, the liner accommodates sunglasses without pressure on the temples, while built-in recesses allow for intercom earphones. Merlin-branded visor buttons, ventilation points, and EPS channeling enhance airflow and overall performance.
Each graphic design is the result of a unique collaboration between the Merlin UK team and Franzan Design in Italy—renowned for crafting decals for the world’s leading motorcycle helmet brands for over 15 years.
