This design is excellent for beginners and those with limited flexibility, making the transition to clipless pedals more approachable. The included US-S cleats are SPD two-way compatible, offering versatility for touring, off-road, and folding bike applications.

The detachable cage helps build confidence when starting out with clipless pedals by increasing the surface area to make it easier to "catch" the pedal. For mountain bikes, the cage also helps protect the spring mechanism from trail debris. Spring tension can be adjusted in three steps with the included 3mm hex wrench, allowing riders to customize the feel to their preference.

MKS's Ezy system allows for safe, rapid, and toolless removal of pedals for travel, storage, or flexibility.
