The wide 6106-T6 aluminium body gives you a stable platform to stand on, and that grade of alloy is chosen for its resistance to impacts, not just its weight. At the centre is Time's double-sided ATAC spring system — designed to let mud and debris pass through rather than pack in, keeping engagement consistent when conditions turn against you. Spring tension is micro-adjustable, so you can dial in how firmly the cleat holds and how quickly it releases. The axle is hollow steel, oversized for stiffness, and the pedal runs on steel bearings with a 17mm stack height. Included cleats offer either 13 or 17 degrees of release depending on orientation — swap them left to right to change float, no additional hardware needed. Cleat weight is 45g per pair; the pedals themselves come in at 404g per pair.
