It’s called the Surly Detrackulator, a simple solution to resurrecting that dusty 1x1 with today’s transmission technology a la 142 thru-axle UDH dropouts. Plus, it’s fully capable of clearing 750D x 40mm tires, should you act upon impulsive thoughts. (Hell, throw in a 29'er and run it reverse mullet.)
