Car Seat to Stroller in Seconds
The Doona is the world's first fully integrated infant car seat and stroller in one. In less than five seconds, it transforms from a rear-facing car seat to a ready-to-roll stroller — no separate frame, no extra gear, no waking a sleeping baby. Designed for parents on the go, the Doona is built for city streets, airports, public transit, and everything in between.
Ergonomic Design, Expert-Backed
Inspired by the natural position of a baby in its mother's arms, the Doona was developed alongside medical and engineering experts to ensure proper ergonomic support. The near-flat infant insert cradles newborns from day one, supporting the upper and lower back and keeping the neck and spine correctly aligned.
